Local anesthetic/SNRI kits are co-packaged products used to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, and other musculoskeletal pain. SNRI changes perception of pain by increasing levels of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain. Local anesthetic works by blocking nerve impulses to reduce pain. Duloxicaine is only available as a brand name drug.

Milnacipran is part of the SNRIs class and treats Fibromyalgia. SNRIs are to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, musculoskeletal conditions, and panic disorder. They work by increasing levels of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain to improve mood and reduce sensations of pain. Milnacipran is only available as a generic drug.
