IOBENGUANE I 131 treats pheochromocytoma, a tumor in the adrenal glands. It may also be used to treat paraganglioma, a tumor that forms in nerve cells. It works by releasing energy (radiation) to slow or stop the spread of cancer cells or other irregular cells.
METYROSINE treats high blood pressure caused by pheochromocytoma, a benign adrenal gland tumor. It works by stopping the tumor from making substances in your body that can increase blood pressure.
MITOTANE treats adrenal gland cancer. It works by slowing down the growth of cancer cells.
Rozlytrek (entrectinib) is used to treat adrenal cancer, breast cancer, cervical cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, lung cancer, ovarian cancer, pancrearic cancer, prostate cancer, renal cancer, skin cancer, stomach cancer, testicular cancer, thryoid cancer and uterine cancer. Rozlytrek is a Kinase Inhibitor, which works by preventing cancer cell growth. The most common form of Rozlytrek is a 100mg capsule. It is also available as a 200mg capsule and a cartson of 50, 42mg packets. There are currently no generic alternaitves for Rozlytrek. It may be covered by some Medicare and insurance plans.
LAROTRECTINIB treats some types of cancer. It works by blocking a protein that causes cancer cells to grow and multiply. This helps to slow or stop the spread of cancer cells.
