It can take 3 months to see improvement in your BPH symptoms. It's important that you continue to take Jalyn (dutasteride / tamsulosin) every day even if you don't see improvement in your symptoms immediately.
In some studies, Jalyn (dutasteride / tamsulosin) lowered sperm count, semen volume, and sperm movement while people were taking the medication. Participants' total sperm count was still lower even 24 weeks after they stopped taking Jalyn (dutasteride / tamsulosin).
