GoodRx has been honored with nine new awards for our editorial and video content. The site was named a winner at the 2024 FOLIO: Eddie & Ozzie Awards, which recognizes excellence in editorial content and design in digital and print media.
GoodRx also took home medals at the 2024 Davey Awards, which celebrates work from the best boutique creative agencies, in-house brand teams, small production companies, and independent creators across nine different content categories.
At the 2024 Eddie & Ozzie Awards, held on October 22 in New York City, GoodRx won for a story tracking the most notable drug and vaccine approvals in 2023.
Our list was selected and reviewed by pharmacists. It prioritized first-in-class medications and vaccines that are expected to have a significant impact on human health. We also focused on medications with effectiveness or safety data that represent a notable advantage over other medications recommended by clinical treatment guidelines or mainstay medical organizations.
The story was named the best single article of the year in the category of Healthcare, Medical, or Nursing coverage. We’ve since updated it to track the most influential FDA approvals so far in 2024.
GoodRx also took home an honorable mention for best article series in the category of Health and Fitness coverage. The series included six stories on the popular GLP-1 weight-loss medications:

GoodRx’s video content took home six silver medals and one gold medal across three categories at the 20th annual Davey Awards. The winning videos were produced in-house and feature GoodRx’s expert pharmacists and physicians.
Several of the videos were part of a series on real people’s experiences with weight-loss medications. Weight-loss journeys can be complex, and medication is one of many tools that helps people reach their goals.
Through this series, we aimed to give viewers a raw look at the challenges, breakthroughs, and diverse paths taken by the individuals featured. By sharing their perspectives, we hoped to break down misconceptions, foster empathy, and provide valuable insights for anyone considering or curious about weight-loss medication.
The team traveled across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut to spend time with each subject and their family members, and really learn about their story.
In the Documentary category, GoodRx won silver awards for two videos featuring people who shared their weight-loss journeys:
