Less Common Side Effects
- Diarrhea
- Constipation

Zynlonta serious side effects
Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following.
- Serious skin reaction: blistering or peeling rash, severe sunburn
- Infection: temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, severe fatigue, muscle aches, cough, sore throat, trouble breathing
- Bleeding (from having low platelet levels): frequent nose bleeds, unexplained bruising, blood in urine, blood in stool
- Fluid collecting around heart or lungs: trouble breathing, chest pain, irregular heartbeat

The following Zynlonta side effects have also been reported
Side effects that you should report to your care team as soon as possible:
- Allergic reactions—skin rash, itching, hives, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat
- Capillary leak syndrome—stomach or muscle pain, unusual weakness or fatigue, feeling faint or lightheaded, decrease in the amount of urine, swelling of the ankles, hands, or feet, trouble breathing
- Fast or irregular heartbeat, feeling faint or lightheaded, trouble breathing, sharp pain in the chest, back, shoulder, or stomach
- Infection—fever, chills, cough, sore throat, wounds that don't heal, pain or trouble when passing urine, general feeling of discomfort or being unwell
- Liver injury—right upper belly pain, loss of appetite, nausea, light-colored stool, dark yellow or brown urine, yellowing skin or eyes, unusual weakness or fatigue
- Low red blood cell level—unusual weakness or fatigue, dizziness, headache, trouble breathing
- Skin reactions on sun-exposed areas
- Swelling of the ankles, hands, or feet, shortness of breath or trouble breathing, sudden weight gain
- Unusual bruising or bleeding
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report these to your care team if they continue or are bothersome):
- Fatigue
- Muscle pain
- Nausea
- Skin rash
