Have you ever wondered why some people love large parties, while others prioritize quiet time alone? Or why working from home is a dream for some people, but stressful for others? It might come down to whether you’re an introvert or an extrovert. 

Introversion and extroversion (extraversion) are personality traits. Introverts tend to be more private and to think before they act. They also tend to enjoy being alone or with a few close friends. On the other hand, extroverts tend to take risks and feel energized by spending time out in the world with other people. Many people have a mix of both traits.
