About generic Toujeo Max

Toujeo Max is a long-acting (basal) type of insulin. Toujeo Max is used to control high blood sugar in adults and children who are 6 years of age and older with diabetes mellitus, including type 1 and type 2 diabetes. It is available in two pen options: Toujeo SoloStar and Toujeo Max SoloStar. There is currently no generic for Toujeo Max.
