ROCK Inhibitors

ROCK inhibitors are used to treat a few different conditions, such as glaucoma and chronic graft-versus-host disease. They work by blocking Rho-associated protein kinase (ROCK), a protein that helps control how certain cells function. Depending on the condition being treated, this can help lower eye pressure or reduce inflammation.
