Common Side Effects
- Pain at injection site (up to 85%)
- Redness at injection site (up to 81%)
- Hard lump at injection site (up to 70%)
- Swelling at injection site (up to 67%)
- Itching at injection site (up to 43%)
- Muscle pain (up to 43%)
- Headache (up to 35%)
- Feeling tired (up to 34%)
Less Common Side Effects
- Nausea
- Chills
- Fever
Jynneos serious side effects
Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following.
- Severe allergic reaction: hives, trouble breathing, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat

- Feeling faint or lightheaded

- General discomfort and fatigue
- Headache
- Itching
- Muscle pain
- Nausea
- Pain, redness, or irritation at injection site
