Take this medicine by mouth. This medicine comes in more than one concentration. Check the concentration on the label before every dose to make sure you are giving the right dose. Follow the directions on the package or prescription label. Use a specially marked spoon or dropper to measure each dose. Ask your pharmacist if you do not have one. Household spoons are not accurate. Do not take your medicine more often than directed.
Talk to your pediatrician regarding the use of this medicine in children. While this drug may be prescribed for children as young as 2 years old for selected conditions, precautions do apply.
