Alkylating drugs are used to treat
brain tumors,
melanoma, Hodgkin's disease, Non-Hodgkin's
lymphoma,
breast cancer,
ovarian cancer,

retinoblastoma, and
prostate cancer. They work by inhibiting cancer cell growth and slowing it down. Grafapex is only available as a brand name drug.
