Jonathan Santana, DO, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained pediatrician, with board certification in primary-care sports medicine. He has been in academic practice for 8 years as an assistant professor in orthopedics. He has served as the medical director for numerous school districts and is active in national sports medicine organizations. He has published several journal articles on pediatric sports medicine and sports-related concussions.  

Education

Dr. Santana attended the University of Southern California, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Studies. He obtained his medical degree at Touro University Nevada, School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Santana completed a pediatric residency at University of Southern California and a Sports Medicine fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
