Penbraya Side Effects

The following side effects may get better over time as your body gets used to the medication. Let your healthcare provider know immediately if you continue to experience these symptoms or if they worsen over time.

Common Side Effects

  • Pain at the injection site (84%–89%)
  • Fatigue or tiredness (48%–52%)
  • Headache (40%–47%)
  • Redness at the injection site (23%–26%)
  • Muscle pain (23%–26%)
  • Swelling at the injection site (24%–25%)
  • Joint pain (18%–20%)
  • Chills (16%–20%)

Less Common Side Effects

  • Fever
  • Diarrhea
  • Vomiting

Penbraya serious side effects

Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following.

  • Serious allergic reaction: hives, rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, feeling faint, shortness of breath, trouble breathing, swelling of the face or throat
