Common Side Effects
- Pain at the injection site (84%–89%)
- Fatigue or tiredness (48%–52%)
- Headache (40%–47%)
- Redness at the injection site (23%–26%)
- Muscle pain (23%–26%)
- Swelling at the injection site (24%–25%)
- Joint pain (18%–20%)
- Chills (16%–20%)
Less Common Side Effects
- Fever
- Diarrhea
- Vomiting
Penbraya serious side effects
Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following.
- Serious allergic reaction: hives, rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, feeling faint, shortness of breath, trouble breathing, swelling of the face or throat

- Allergic reactions—skin rash, itching, hives, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat
- Feeling faint or lightheaded

- Chills
- General discomfort and fatigue
- Headache
- Joint pain
- Muscle pain
- Pain, redness, or irritation at injection site
