Menostar (estradiol) is an expensive drug used to prevent osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. It is less popular than comparable drugs. There is currently no generic version available. Menostars covered by most Medicare and insurance plans, but some pharmacy coupons or cash prices may be lower.
