In this Kickstart Workouts tip, certified personal trainer Holly Rilinger gives her favorite snack ideas for what to eat before and after you exercise. Apple slices with peanut butter, a banana with almond butter, or Greek Yogurt with almonds are all excellent snack ideas before you workout. Smoothies can be a great idea to refuel after you exercise, but be sure to keep the sugar low.
