Xofluza (baloxavir marboxil) is used to treat the flu. Xofluza is an endonuclease inhibitor, which works by slowing the spread of the flu virus. The most common form of Xofluza is an 80mg tablet. It is also available in dose packs of 20mg or 40mg tablets, and as a bottle 40mg/20ml oral suspension. There are currently no generic alternatives for Xofluza.
