OMEPRAZOLE; AMOXICILLIN; RIFABUTIN treats ulcers caused by H. pylori bacteria. Omeprazole works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach. Amoxicillin and rifabutin kill or prevent the growth of bacteria. It is a combination of a PPI, a penicillin antibiotic, and a rifamycin antibiotic.
