Common Side Effects
- Infusion-related reactions (9%)
- Upper respiratory tract infection (6%)
- Viral infection (4%)
- Flu-like symptoms (3%)
- Feeling tired (3%)
- Headache (2%)
- Nausea (2%)
- Infusion site reactions (2%)
Pemgarda serious side effects
Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following.
- Serious allergic reaction: rash or hives; trouble breathing; dizziness; swelling of the face, eyes, lips, tongue, or throat

Side effects that you should report to your care team as soon as possible:
- Allergic reactions or angioedema—skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, eyes, lips, tongue, arms, or legs, trouble swallowing or breathing
- Infusion reactions—chest pain, shortness of breath or trouble breathing, feeling faint or lightheaded
- Painful swelling, warmth, or redness of the skin, blisters or sores at the infusion site
