Ozempic is a medication that can come with gastrointestinal side effects. This includes nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or even constipation. Certain foods can make these side effects worse. While there is no “Ozempic diet,” there are some foods that should probably stay off of your plate if you want to minimize these side effects.
