Otezla (apremilast) is used to treat psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. Otezla is a PDE4 Inhibitor, which works by reducing inflammation in the lungs. The most common form of Otezla is a 30mg tablet. It's also available in titration packs. It is available in both generic and brand versions. It is covered by some Medicare and insurance plans, but some pharmacy coupons or cash prices may be lower.
