Suicide is not an easy conversation topic, but talking about it is a crucial way to help someone. Giving them an opportunity to talk to you about how they’re feeling is a positive step toward recovery, and it can help them get the help they need.
Here are five tips to make the conversation a little easier if a loved one opens up to you about suicide or suicidal ideation.
