Dulera (mometasone/formoterol) is used to treat asthma. Dulera is a beta agonistcorticosteroid combination which works by easing inflammation in the lungs and relaxing the airways. The most common form of dulera is a 120 dose inhaler of 200mcg/5mcg. It is also available as a 120 dose inhaler of 100mcg/5mcg and a 120 dose inhaler of 50mcg/5mcg. There are currently no generic alternatives for dulera. It is covered by some Medicare and insurance plans, but some pharmacy coupons or cash prices may be lower.
