Decitabine Dosage

Decitabine is given by a healthcare professional as an infusion through the vein (IV).

Your oncologist will calculate your dose based on your body size or body surface area (in m² units) using your weight and height.

• 3-day regimen: The typical dose is 15 mg/m² IV every 8 hours for three days in a treatment cycle. Each treatment cycle is repeated every 6 weeks.

• 5-day regimen: The typical dose is 20 mg/m² IV once a day for five days in a treatment cycle. Each treatment cycle is repeated every 4 weeks.
