- Low white blood cell count (14%)
- Dizziness (8%)
- Joint pain (7%)
- Back pain (6%)
Children:
- Low white blood cell count (37%)
- Headache (25%)
- Stomach pain (13%)
- Tiredness (7%)
- Nasal congestion (7%)
Less Common Side Effects
Adults:
- Low appetite
- Muscle pain
Children:
- Nosebleed
Crenessity serious side effects
Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following.
- Severe allergic reaction: throat tightness, difficulty breathing, swelling of your face, skin rash
- Low hormone levels due to not taking enough steroids: severe tiredness, low blood pressure, low blood sugar, nausea, vomiting

Side effects that you should report to your care team as soon as possible:
- Allergic reactions or angioedema—skin rash, itching or hives, swelling of the face, eyes, lips, tongue, arms, or legs, trouble swallowing or breathing
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report these to your care team if they continue or are bothersome):
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Headache
- Joint pain
- Loss of appetite
- Stomach pain
- Stuffy nose
