Getting diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis can be scary, but luckily there are a lot of resources available to you. An occupational therapist is one way to help you learn to manage your daily life and target the areas where PsA can impact you the most.

It is recommended to get set up with an occupational therapist soon after you get diagnosed. They can help you manage your condition long term and adjust treatment to your specific needs.
