SULFACETAMIDE; SULFUR treats acne or rosacea. It may also be used to treat seborrheic dermatitis, a condition that causes dry, flaky, and itchy skin. It works by killing or preventing the growth of bacteria on the skin. It also decreases inflammation and promotes skin cell turnover. It is a combination of a sulfonamide antibiotic and a keratolytic.
