Camptosar (irinotecan) is used to treat colon and lung cancer. Camptosar is a topoisomerase inhibitor, which works by stopping or slowing down the growth of cancer cells. Camptosar is avalible as a 5ml and 5ml vial. It is avalilabe in generic and brand versions. It may be covered by most Medicare and insurance plans.
