Common Shingrix side effects include pain, redness, and swelling at the injection site, muscle pain, fatigue, headache, fever, and nausea. Severe allergic reactions (including anaphylaxis) to the Shingrix vaccine are very rare. In clinical studies, side effects from the Shingrix vaccine usually lasted 2 to 3 days.  View original source
