Hot yoga is a trendy exercise that’s heating up the fitness community — literally. While many people swear by hot yoga, it can come with some risks. Hot yoga is particularly risky if you:

  • Are pregnant

  • Are prone to dehydration

  • Have a history of health conditions

  • Have a heat intolerance

  • Have experienced a previous heat injury
