Talzenna (talazoparib) is used to treat breast cancer. Talzenna is a PARP Inhibitor, which works by preventing the tumor's DNA from repairing itself properly. The most common form of Talzenna is a 0.25mg tablet. It's also available as 0.1mg, 0.35mg, 0.5mg, 0.75mg, and 1mg tablets. There are currently no generic alternatives for Talzenna. It is covered by some Medicare and insurance plans.
