Talzenna (talazoparib) is used to treat breast cancer. Talzenna is a PARP Inhibitor, which works by preventing the tumor's DNA from repairing itself properly. The most common form of Talzenna is a 0.25mg tablet. It's also available as 0.1mg, 0.35mg, 0.5mg, 0.75mg, and 1mg tablets. There are currently no generic alternatives for Talzenna. It is covered by some Medicare and insurance plans. With the Patient Assistance Program from Pfizer, you can receive your medication at no cost.
