Ruxience is a specialty medication, which means it's costly and requires more steps than usual in order to get it. We break down the process for you.
About Ruxience
Ruxience (rituximab-pvvr) is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, leukemia, and non-hodgkin's lymphoma. Ruxience is a biosimilar for rituxan (rituximab). Biosimilars are biologic drugs that are similar to the original medication with no meaningful differences in effectiveness or safety. Ruxience may be covered by your Medicare or insurance plan.
