- Reactions at the injection site (e.g., redness, bruising, itchiness, infections)
Regen-Cov serious side effects
Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following.
- Serious allergic reactions: rash, hives, dizziness, sweating, trouble breathing, changes in blood pressure or heart rate, chest pain, swelling of your lips, face, tongue, or throat
- Worsening COVID-19 symptoms: fever, trouble breathing, changes in heart rate, weakness, confusion
