Promapar is part of the Typical Antipsychotics class and treats Dementia, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder and other conditions. Typical antipsychotics are used to treat symptoms of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, Tourette syndrome, and dementia. They can also be used to relieve severe nausea and vomiting. They work by slowing down certain activity in the brain. Promapar is only available as a brand name drug.
