How to get this medication

Hadlima is a specialty medication, which means it's costly and requires more steps than usual in order to get it. We break down the process for you.

About Hadlima

prescription bottle
Hadlima (adalimumab-bwwd) is used to treat rheumatoid, psoriatic and juvenille idiopathic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, Crohn's disease, plaque psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa, uveitis and ulcerative colitis. Hadlima is a biosimilar for humira (adalimumab). Biosimilars are biologic drugs that are similar to the original medication with no meaningful differences in effectiveness or safety. Hadlima may be covered by your Medicare or insurance plan, but some pharmacy coupons or cash prices could help offset the cost.
