Introducing the GoodRx Pharmacy Innovation Scholarship to Support Future Health Advocates

At GoodRx, we believe in supporting the next generation of pharmacists and technicians to be the best advocates for their patients. That’s why we’re excited to announce The GoodRx Pharmacy Innovation Scholarship to encourage students working towards (or who have recently received) their Doctor of Pharmacy degrees or pharmacy technician certifications. The deadline to apply is September 26, 2019.

Important decisions are made in pharmacies every day. They’re much more than just a place for dropping off prescriptions and picking up medications. Pharmacies are a reliable space for community, education, and information—all thanks to skilled pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. With the right resources and tools, each pharmacy staff member can dedicate their career to ensuring patient satisfaction, offering essential cost-saving strategies, and improving patient health outcomes.

We are providing $1,000 each to 10 recipients (5 PharmD students and 5 pharmacy technician students). Applicants are asked to interview a pharmacist or pharmacy technician in their community to learn about current pharmacy practices and consider what could be improved. Be bold, be creative, and show us your passion for making a real impact—not just in your field, but also for your patients.
