For almost a decade, GoodRx has focused on providing you access to the healthcare you need. Since the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak started, we’ve received many questions about the virus, whether it’s safe to visit a doctor or pharmacy, how to cope with related anxiety, and where to get current, accurate information.

Today, we’re focused on providing services that can help America right now:

  • We’re providing free COVID-19 screenings to help you decide if you should get tested or seek medical help. More than 2,000 people have already been evaluated by our medical professionals. Learn more.

  • We’re offering new, affordable ways to get healthcare and medications delivered directly to your home, and working with America’s pharmacies to devise new ways to get you your medications. Learn more.

  • We’re gathering up-to-date information from the CDC and WHO, along with the latest research on treatments and vaccines, to keep you informed about how COVID-19 is spreading and how to stay safe. Learn more.

  • We’re working with government agencies to help track prescription demand and shortages.

  • We’re helping the neediest Americans and those whose jobs are impacted by the crisis get access to affordable medications.

…and that’s just the beginning.

Get free medical advice about COVID-19 testing

If you’re experiencing symptoms and are wondering if you have COVID-19, we are now offering free screenings to help you decide if you should get tested.

Just fill out an assessment online that asks you about your symptoms, travel, and medical history, and a board-certified healthcare provider will give you advice on whether you should stay home or seek medical attention.

If you do need to get tested for COVID-19, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has a website here where you can find testing sites in your area.

Save on medications and vaccines

The new coronavirus is spreading quickly and that means many of us are taking precautions by staying home. If you’re stocking up on medications to be prepared, know that we’ve got you covered. If treatments become available for COVID-19, we’ll offer treatment options, as well.

GoodRx discounts can help you save up to 80% of your prescription medications, and in many cases, our coupon prices beat insurance copays. You may even be able apply your cash receipt from using GoodRx to your insurance deductible

We’ve also built the world’s largest database of copay savings programs and patient assistance programs, which can lower the price of medications to as little as $0. To find out if such programs apply to your medication, just search for it on goodrx.com and scroll down to the “Savings Tips” section.

While you’re at it, ask your provider if you’re up to date on your vaccines. Especially during this time of year, flu and pneumonia are still common. GoodRx discounts can help you save here, too.

See a provider online and minimize trips to the pharmacy

You may be spending more time at home, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get the healthcare you need. GoodRx offers online medical visits for many conditions that are just $20. Without leaving your house, you can see a board-certified provider — no insurance required. If you need a prescription, they’ll send that directly to your pharmacy along with discounts of up to 80%. Mail-order pharmacies, where the pharmacy deliveries medications to you, may also be an option.

If you do need to visit a pharmacy, minimizing the potential spread of COVID-19 is key. To help keep you and your pharmacy staff safe, we have some tips here for using GoodRx coupons without your mobile phone to prevent any transfer of germs.
