Ajovy

Ajovy (fremanezumab-vfrm) is used to treat migraines. Ajovy is a CGRP receptor antagonist, which works by preventing a protein that is released during migraine attacks. The most common form of Ajovy is a 225mg/1.5ml autoinjector. It is also available as a 225mg/1.5ml syringe. There are currently no generic alternatives for Ajovy. It is covered by some Medicare and insurance plans, but some pharmacy coupons or cash prices may be lower.
