Common Side Effects
- Low platelet count (21%)
- Skin rash (pityriasis) (14%)
- Runny nose or itchy eyes (14%)
- Nosebleeds (14%)
- Vomiting (14%)
- Dizziness (14%)
Less Common Side Effects
- Headache
- Nausea
- Dry skin
- Dry eyes
- Changes in taste after dose
- Skin itching
Xolremdi serious side effects
Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following.
- Serious heart rhythm problem (long QT syndrome): pounding heart, fainting, tiredness, dizziness, seizures

Side effects that you should report to your care team as soon as possible:
- Allergic reactions—skin rash, itching, hives, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat
- Heart rhythm changes—fast or irregular heartbeat, dizziness, feeling faint or lightheaded, chest pain, trouble breathing
- Unusual bruising or bleeding
Side effects that usually do not require medical attention (report these to your care team if they continue or are bothersome):
- Dizziness
- Nosebleed
- Runny or stuffy nose
- Vomiting
