IBS-C:
- Nausea
- Dizziness
- Upper respiratory tract infection (e.g., sore throat, cough, stuffy nose, runny nose)
- Urinary tract infection
CIC:
- Sinus infection
- Upper respiratory tract infection (e.g., sore throat, cough, stuffy nose, runny nose)
- Bloating and feeling full in the belly
- Flatulence (gas)
- Stomach pain
Trulance serious side effects
Contact your healthcare provider immediately if you experience any of the following.
- Severe diarrhea
- Bloody stools or black stools that look like tar
- Dehydration: confusion, exhaustion, dizziness, fainting, racing heart
