Tremfya (guselkumab) is indicated for the treatment of adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy. It is also used for the treatment of adults with active psoriatic arthritis. There are currently no generic alternatives for Tremfya. It may be covered by your Medicare or insurance plan, but some pharmacy coupons or cash prices could help offset the cost.
