Typical dosage for Sodium Fluoride/Vitamin D

Each milliliter (mL) contains 400 international units (IU) of vitamin D and 0.25 mg of fluoride.

Floriva (vitamin D / fluoride) is typically taken by mouth. Use the medication as instructed by your child's provider. They will help adjust the dose based on how well your child is responding to the medication.
