Typical dosage for Relistor
- Pill form: Take 450 mg by mouth once daily in the morning.
- Injection form: The typical dose is 12 mg injected subcutaneously (under the skin) once daily. If you are taking Relistor for advanced illness, the dose may be lower or higher depending on your weight, and can be taken every other day as needed for constipation (but use no more than 1 dose in a 24-hour period).
