Penem Antibiotic / Beta Lactamase Inhibitor / Renal Dehydropeptidase Inhibitor Combinations are used to treat complicated urinary tract infections and complicated intra-abdominal infections. They work by killing the bacteria causing the infection and increasing the effectiveness by protecting the antibiotic from bacteria. Recarbrio is only available as a brand name drug.
