Mecamylamine is part of the Ganglion Blockers class and treats Hypertension. Ganglion blockers are used to treat hypertension. They work by inhibiting autonomic activity and nicotinic receptor signaling to reduce blood pressure. Mecamylamine is only available as a generic drug.
