Lifitegrast

Lifitegrast is part of the LFA-1 Antagonists class and treats Dry Eye. LFA-1 (lymphocyte function-associate) antagonists are used to treat dry eyes. They block the interaction of certain proteins with white blood cells, which prevents the immunological response that can cause dry eyes and irritation. Lifitegrast is only available as a generic drug.
