Typical dosage for Itraconazole
Blastomycosis and histoplasmosis:
- Itraconazole: The typical dose is 200 mg by mouth with a full meal once a day for at least 3 months. The dose can be raised to a maximum of 400 mg per day.
- Itraconazole (Tolsura): The typical dose is 130 mg by mouth once daily. The dose can be raised to a maximum of 260 mg per day (130 mg by mouth twice daily).
Aspergillosis:
