Typical dosage for Evrysdi
Your prescriber will find the dose for you. It's based on your age and body weight (in kilograms, or kg).
- Younger than 2 months of age: The typical dose is 0.15 mg/kg by mouth once a day. Use the Evrysdi oral solution.
- Age 2 months to under 2 years: The typical dose is 0.2 mg/kg by mouth once a day. Use the Evrysdi oral solution.
- Age 2 years and older who weigh less than 20 kg (44 lbs): The typical dose is 0.25 mg/kg by mouth once a day. Use the Evrysdi oral solution.
- Age 2 years and older who weigh 20 kg (44 lbs) or more: The typical dose is 5 mg by mouth once a day. Use either the Evrysdi oral solution or tablet.
