Like many autoimmune diseases, psoriatic arthritis (PsA) may progress in stages. Some people experience rapid progression of PsA. Others may maintain mild symptoms for years or decades. It’s tough to predict whether someone will progress quickly or not. However, there are signs to look for that PsA is worsening.
