Brilinta

Brilinta (ticagrelor) is used to prevent heart attack, stroke, or other vascular events in people who have had a recent heart attack or who have severe chest pain. Brilinta is an antiplatelet drug, which works by helping stop platelets from forming blood clots. The most common form of Brilinta is a 90mg tablet. It is also available as a 60mg tablet. It is available in brand and generic versions. It is covered by most Medicare and insurance plans, but some pharmacy coupons or cash prices may be lower.
