Who should not use azelastine nasal spray?

Kids age 5 and younger shouldn’t use Astepro at all. Kids ages 6 to 11 should receive a lower Astepro dosage than adults — no more than 1 spray in each nostril twice daily. If you're pregnant, ask your prenatal care team whether you can use Astepro.
